Annual Gratitude Breakfast & Awards: A Celebration of Success and Community
RedKey Realty Leaders, a beacon of positivity and success in the real estate community, recently hosted its Annual Gratitude Breakfast & Awards. This joyous event is more than just a recognition ceremony; it's a celebration of achievements, camaraderie, and the vibrant culture that defines RedKey Realty.
Held locally at The Des Peres Lodge in Des Peres, Missouri, this event is one the RedKey agent's look forward to each year. This year's ceremony was made even more delightful thanks to the culinary expertise of Chris' Cakes.
Picture this: Scott, the skilled chef, not only flipping pancakes with flair but also whipping up a scrumptious breakfast for the RedKey agents.
One highlight of the morning was an inspirational talk by charismatic, Dwayne Ingram. Dwayne's commitment to community outreach further underscored his dedication to making a positive difference both in the lives of those he serves. As a former Patient Advocate Coordinator at St. Louis Children's Hospital, Dwayne's own share of curveballs is the way he overcame the trials which brought him to grace our stage with the powerful message of gratitude. In speaking to RedKey Realty Leaders, he made the point through the work of helping clients buy and sell a home, agents can profoundly influence their clients and communities. It was a reminder that the work of a RedKey agent goes beyond the transaction; they make dreams come true!
The Gratitude Breakfast & Awards recognized outstanding achievements of the agents, including the Growth Award (Sales increased more than 50% in the last year) and The Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award, to name a few. Two new awards were introduced this year to honor our exceptional partners: Leaders Title Company and The McRae Mortgage Team.
Dan Stoner, an established real estate agent new to RedKey, captured the essence of the morning on social media expressing his appreciation for the unique culture at RedKey. The post highlighted the most prestigious award of the morning - The Culture Award - given to an agent who embodies the company's values. When RedKey's own Jim Broderick won the award, it was a heartwarming moment that received a standing ovation. It's clear that RedKey fosters a culture where individuals like Jim uplift everyone around them.
