Wineries & Wine Bars Around St. Louis | RedKey Realty Leaders

According to an old Spanish proverb, "With wine and hope, anything is possible." If you provide the hope, you'll find the rest at these great wineries and wine bars around St. Louis homes for sale.

  • Bridge Tap House & Wine Bar - 1004 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63101
Whether you're heading downtown for shopping, a ball game, or just a stroll around Citygarden Sculpture Park, plan a stop at the Bridge Tap House & Wine Bar. More than 100 wines are on their list, along with a rotating selection of 55 draft beers and another 100 by the bottle, so there's something for everyone. Build your own cheese or charcuterie board with additional options such as apples, mixed olives, and Marcona almonds. Hours are 4 - 11 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

  • Winnie's Wine Bar - 2101 Choteau Ave., St. Louis, MO63103
Inspired by their own jet-setting days, the owners of Winnie's Wine Bar designed a delightful travel theme to accent the interior. The centerpiece of the decor is a 3D map of the world, along with clocks displaying the time in various zones and some vintage propellers hanging on the walls. Even the tables are upcycled old suitcases! The innovative Coravin system allows guests to sample specific high-end wines without opening a bottle. Winnie's is open Tuesday through Thursday from 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. - 10 p.m.

  • City Winery - 3730 Foundry Way, Suite 158, St. Louis, MO 63110
Think of City Winery as Disneyland for wine enthusiasts. The concept, founded in NYC in 2008 by Michael Dorf, marries culinary and cultural experiences to create a truly entertaining evening. Unlike traditional wineries usually situated in less populated areas, City Winery has become a hit in urban locations such as St. Louis. Enjoy live music or stand-up comedy as you dine on small plates that pair beautifully with your choice of wine. The menu also includes a selection of beer and classic cocktails. Hours are 4 - 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 4 - 10 p.m. Friday, noon - 10 p.m. Saturday, and noon - 8 p.m. Sunday. Brunch is served on weekends from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

  • Mount Pleasant Estates - 5634 High St., Augusta, MO 63332
Mount Pleasant Estates, just minutes from Augusta homes for sale, is almost a village unto itself. Founded in 1859, Mount Pleasant is the oldest winery in the Augusta Appellation, the first federally approved wine-growing district in the country. One of the charming pink buildings on the campus is the oven house, where the bricks for the foundations and cellars were baked. The Appellation Cafe features a light menu of made-to-order salads, sandwiches, and pizza to go with the wine. Check their calendar for the schedule of live music and special events. Mount Pleasant Estates is open daily from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. except Saturday, when hours are extended to 9 p.m.

  • Balducci Vineyards - 6601 S. Missouri 94, Augusta, MO 63332
For 17 years running, readers of the Missourian have voted Balducci Vineyards as the best local winery. Located on 76 acres of rolling green hills, there are spectacular views in every direction. Challenge family and friends on the bocce ball court or with one of the life-sized games. Visitors rave about the signature toasted ravioli as well as the crowd-pleasing Pasta Nights. Hours are 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. every day but Saturday, when doors close at 9 p.m.

You'll raise a glass in celebration when RedKey Realty successfully handles the sale or purchase of your St. Louis home. Get in touch today to learn more.
